The process is simple:

1. Check with your private health insurance provider: Before you place your order, make sure you confirm with your provider.
2. Complete Your Purchase: Order your new glasses through our website.
3. Use Your Official Receipt: After we ship your order, we will email you a detailed, itemised receipt. It has all the necessary information your health fund needs, including our provider number and the relevant item codes.
4. Claim Your Rebate: Simply submit this receipt to your health insurance provider via their app, website, or in-person. They will then process your claim and send you your rebate directly. Generally, reimbursement will be received in a few weeks time, but that depends on your provider.

We offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, which applies to all items purchased, valid from the date the product arrives at the shipping address. In this case, the item will be replaced if it is defective upon opening and it is due to a fault of the manufacturer.

After you receive your glasses, we offer a complimentary 14-day virtual adjustment service. If you feel the fit isn't perfect, you can book a call with our optical dispenser who will guide you through making minor adjustments at home or advise on next steps.

We offer a 14-day risk-free return policy if you change your mind. You can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund on the product price.
